C-voies d'accès
L'entrepreneur réalisera un accès facile, sûr et solide pour le chantier. Tous les frais que pourraient occasionner les travaux de terrassement et autres, seront entièrement à la charge de l'entreprise. L'entrepreneur est supposé connaître le type de sol et l'état du terrain et bien se rendre compte de toutes les difficultés qu'il pourrait rencontrer à ce niveau.
C.l/ Voies d'accès et empierrement provisoire pour piétons
L'empierrement provisoire permettra aux piétons d'atteindre la baraque de chantier au sec et en toute sécurité. Le chemin aura une largeur d'au moins 0,80 m. L'empierrement se compose d'un revêtement de pierrailles, calibre 0/16, épaisseur 15 cm. La surface sera préalablement préparée en déblayant la couche superficielle et la boue.
C. 2/ Voies d'accès et empierrement provisoire pour chargements lourds
L'empierrement provisoire permettra toute circulation à destination et en provenance du chantier. Ce chemin sera également mis à la disposition d'autres entrepreneurs occupés simultanément sur le chantier. Le chemin aura une largeur d'au moins 3 m. A la fin des travaux, l'empierrement sera évacué et le terrain sera rétabli dans son état original.
Revêtement en TVO. L'épaisseur est à déterminer par l'entrepreneur.
La surface sera préalablement préparée en déblayant la couche superficielle et la boue.
C. 3/ Voies d'accès et protection des voie publiques
Les voies publiques et les trottoirs devront être protégés efficacement contre tout éventuel dommage. Ni matériaux ni déchets ne pourront être déposés sur la voie publique ou gêner la circulation En cas de dommages éventuels, l'entrepreneur remettra les voiries en leur état initial avant la réception provisoire.
D- clôture provisoire
L'entrepreneur veillera construira une clôture provisoire en TN40 à la limite du terrain et du domaine public et y appliquera toute la signalisation nécessaire et suffisante afin d'interdire l'accès aux personnes non compétentes et de garantir la sécurité de la circulation. Cette clôture sera maintenue jusqu'à la fin des travaux de construction et après la réception provisoire.
La hauteur de la clôture provisoire sera d’au moins 1,80 m et correspondra aux prescriptions de l'art. Des entrées verrouillables seront prévues dans la clôture.
E-Panneau d'affichage et panneau de chantier
A la notification de l'adjudication, le maître de l'ouvrage remettra à l'entrepreneur un plan du lay-out de l'ensemble du panneau, les panneaux d'information contiennent-les données suivantes en langues Arabe et Française:
Maître de l'ouvrage : nom, adresse & téléphone/fax
Projet : la dénomination du projet, le nombre et le type de logements.
Programme : Réalisation de
Maitre de l'œuvre : nom et adresse du bureau d’études
Entrepreneur : nom, adresse & téléphone/fax de l’entrepreneur principal
