Pour les aspects technico-économique de l’évaluation, le maître d’ouvrage élargira la commission d’Evaluation des Offres à une commission AD-HOC des experts, qui auront à traiter parallèlement à la Commission Permanente d’Evaluation des Offres, les dossiers des études et autres détails techniques et économiques faisant partie des offres déposées par les soumissionnaires.

For the techno-economic aspects of the evaluation, the contracting authority will expand the commission of Evaluation of tenders to an AD - HOC Committee of experts, who will have to deal in parallel to the Commission Permanente of Evaluation of tenders, records of studies and other technical and economic details part of tenders submitted by tenderers.
