Elle établit le classement technique des offres sur la base des critères d’évaluation et du système de notation des offres techniques. L’offre technique ayant obtenu une note inférieure à la note éliminatoire sera éliminée conformément aux critères fixés dans l’article 26 ci-après.

It establishes the technical classification of the tenders on the basis of the criteria of assessment and technical offers rating system. The technical tender below the playoff score will be eliminated in accordance with the criteria laid down in article 26 below.

It establishes the technical classification of tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria and scoring system of the technical bids. The technical offer with a score below the pass mark will be eliminated in accordance with the criteria set out in section 26 below.

It establishes the technical classification of tenders on the basis of the evaluation criteria and of the performance appraisal system of the technical bids. The technical offer having obtained a note lower than the failing score will be eliminated in accordance with the criteria set out in article 26 below.
